IBC regulates the protein expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in Tca8113 cells. At 48 h after incubation with 0, 20 or 40 µM IBC, the expression level of MMP-2 and MMP-9 proteins was analyzed by western blotting. β-actin served as a loading control.
