Optimisation of co-transformation using green and red fluorescent reporter proteins. Arabidopsis cell suspensions were co-transformed with Agrobacterium strains carrying mGFP4 and DsRed expression vectors. The number of cells showing green, red and both green and red fluorescence was determined 5 days after transformation by confocal laser scanning microscopy.
