(A) LC-MS/MS was performed to identify proteins that interact with SHARPIN in A549 cells. Top 10 functional annotations interacted with SHARPIN were listed. (B) SHARPIN Immunoprecipitation (IP) was performed in A549 cell lysates with antibodies directed against SHARPIN or no antibody (NA) as a control. Immunoblots were performed for both PRMT5 and SHARPIN (positive control).
