(A) C57BL/6 mice were randomly grouped (n = 10) and intraperitoneal injected with 40 & 80 mg/kg of cobalt complex 2 or 40 mg/kg of water-soluble form of cobalt complex 2W, and vehicle everyday for 10 days, respectively. The comparison of the mean ± S.D. tumor volume was shown. Statistical differences were estimated using Student's t-test (two-tailed; two-sample equal variance). (B) Body weight of cobalt complex 2 or 2W-treated mice. (C) HPLC-MS profile of cobalt complex 2, blank, plasma and the blood samples with various time intervals.
