Effect of melatonin and curcumin combination on tumor growth in a xenograft mouse model of human bladder cancer. An orthotopic mouse model of human T24 cells was used to evaluate the effect of melatonin and curcumin combination. Neutral formalin-fixed tumor samples were prepared from animals and analyzed by immunohistochemical staining with rabbit anti-rabbit second antibody using the Vectastain Elite ABC kit, and examined under a microscope. Data were represented as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. The level of significance is indicated by ^*P<0.05, ^**P<0.01.
