TUG1-miR-144-3p-EZH2 axis is critical for osteosarcoma cell epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). (A) TUG1 knockdown or miR-144-3p overexpression inhibited epithelial-mesenchymal transitions for osteosarcoma cells, while EZH2 overexpression or miR-144-3p inhibitor reversed the above inhibition. (B) TUG1 knockdown or miR-144-3p overexpression upregulated the protein level of epithelial marker E-cadherin, while decreased mesenchymal markers N-cadherin and vimentin expression, which was reversed by EZH2 overexpression or miR-144-3p inhibitor.
