Sequence alignment of three hits: J14, J7 and J4. The sequences from Ligand-guided Selection and sequences from Cell-SELEX round 16 were aligned using ClustalX2. MainLib = sequences obtained from Cell-SELEX-round 16; ComLib = sequences obtained from competitively eluted library (LIGS).
