Notes: (A) H295R cells were incubated with indicated formulations for 72 hours at 37°C, and viability was determined by CellTiter 96 aqueous nonradioactive cell proliferation assay. (B) H295R cells were pretreated with the SRB1 antibody (1:100 dilution) or PBS for 1 hour before incubation with indicated concentrations of WGA-TA-sHDL for 24 hours. Viability was measured using the same method described in A. **P<0.01, and ****P<0.0001.
