The effect of breast cancer associated gene 3 (BCA3) on nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) signaling is cell-type dependent. Cells were transfected with full-length BCA3 and treated with or without 10 ng/ml tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). (A and B) BCA3 attenuates NF-κB signaling before and after TNF-α treatment in MC3T3E1 and pZen cells. (C) BCA3 has no effect on NF-κB signaling in NIH3T3 cells.
