(A) CAL27 and CAL27 miR-223-3p cells were treated with the indicated doses of cisplatin, cetuximab, docetaxel and 5-FU for 48 hours and cell proliferation and viability were measured. (B) CAL27 cells expressing the miR-223-3p are resistant to cetuximab. Cells were treated with cetuximab (50 nM, respectively) and the number of clones was determined as indicated in the Materials and Methods section. Representative pictures are shown on the left, quantification of both the surface and the number of the colony on the right. Data are representative of 2 independent experiments.
