For each fluorophore, the molecular weight (Da), emission coefficients (ε: cm−1 M−1) and absorption maxima (ex/em: nm) are provided. The degree of labeling obtained for each Ab-F and respective in vivo doses (mg/kg) that equate to a 2 nmol dose of fluorophore are shown in the last two columns.
