(B) Infection assays on the barley leaves. Leaves of 10-day-old barley seedlings were inoculated with mycelial plugs (0.5 cm) and examined at 7 days post inoculation (dpi). The complemented strains (∆Moatg1/FgATG1 and ∆Moatg5/FgATG5) were fully pathogenic to barley leaves.
