Administration of CYP-dependent ω-3 LCPUFA metabolites modulates leukocyte rolling velocity and adhesion molecule expression. (A and B) Cumulative frequency of leukocyte rolling velocity in a chamber coated with both P-selectin and ICAM-1 was assessed at day 3 after CNV induction. Mice were injected i.p. with (A) 17,18-EEQ (50 μg/kg/d), (B) 19,20-EDP (50 μg/kg/d), or PBS daily beginning immediately after CNV induction. Administration of both EEQ and EDP increased leukocyte rolling velocity compared with PBS groups (n = 3 mice per group).
