Pericyte Cd146 deletion results in impaired pericyte recruitment and BBB breakdown. (I) Quantification was performed by measuring the merged cells from 15 fields of 3 independent experiments (**P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001). Data are from one experiment representative of three independent experiments with eight mice per genotype (A–D) or five mice per genotype, at least eight MIPs per mouse, and five random fields per MIP (F and G).
