LSH affects metabolic gene expressions at the transcriptional level. (A) A Western blot analysis was used to detect the expression of LSH in a panel of lung cancer cells. (B) LSH induced the down-regulation of 858 genes and the upregulation of 855 genes in the H358 cells.
