(B, C) Co-immunoprecipitation of LSH and WDR76 in A549 cell lysates with anti-LSH antibody (B), and with anti-WDR76 antibody (C) in A549 and H522 cells. (D) ChIP analysis with anti-WDR76 indicated that WDR76 recruitment to the promoters of GLUT1, SCD1 and FADS2 antibodies. (E) ChIP analysis with anti-Flag M2 agarose revealed LSH recruitment to the promoters of GLUT1, SCD1 and FADS2. (F) Re-ChIP assays of Flag-LSH and WDR76 showed WDR76 binding to the promoters of GLUT1, SCD1 and FADS2.
