AZD4547 downregulates FGFR/EGFR, mTOR, and Wnt/β-catenin signaling in MMTV-ErbB2 mice. The expression of proteins associated with FGFR/EGFR (a), mTOR (b), and Wnt/β-catenin (c) signaling pathways were measured in mammary gland tissue lysates from control and AZD4547 (2 or 6 mg/kg/day for 10 weeks)-treated mice.
