Expression profiles of ctRNA and its opposite strands in pMhu7653Ra (MH_s1) and pMhu7653Rb (MH_s4). The levels of ctRNA were very high in free-living cells in both pMhu7653Ra and pMhu7653Rb. A cis-encoded, highly-abundant sequencing product was observed in the opposite strands of ctRNA, which was located at 2,601–2,727 in pMhu7653Ra and 2,344–2,474 in pMhu7653Rb.
