There was a stepwise increase in risk of AMI by sTPD quartile and by iTPD quartile - for both AC and non-AC data (p<0.0001 for hazard ratio [HR] comparison across quartiles). Lower and upper quartile thresholds were 1.9 and 14.5 (median 5.4) for non-AC sTPD; 2.8 and 15.8 (median 7.1) for AC sTPD; 0 and 4.5 (median 1.0) for non-AC iTPD; and 2.0 and 7.8 (median 4.3) for AC iTPD.
