SEMA3C promotes cell dissemination in vivo. RWPE-2 cells were made to stably overexpress SEMA3C and firefly luciferase by lentiviral transduction to generate RWPE-2-FUGWBW and RWPE-2-SEMA3C. SEMA3C overexpression and phosphorylated and total levels of Akt, EGFR, and MAPK were examined by Western blot analysis.
