Stepping Impairments Change Over Time, Are Not Improved With BWSTT. a Healthy animals do not alter their stepping over 5 weeks of training as measured by relative error no greater than twice the difference between right and left limbs from week −1. One week following injury untrained injured animals are significantly different, with the less impaired left hindlimb spontaneously deviating further away as the weeks progress.
