Effect of dietary kerosene supplementation on serum testosterone levels. Blood samples were collected from the tail at baseline (day 0), day 7 and day 14. At the end of study (day 28) blood samples were collected via cardiac puncture under chloroform anesthesia and analyzed for T levels by ELISA. The values represent means ± SEM of five animals per group. Data that share the same letters indicate values that are not significantly different (p < 0.05).
