Cell viability assays on GSC lines using VPA and PTX in single treatment. Cell viability was measured as percentage of cell survival in drug-treated cells relative to untreated cells. Results are reported as means from two different experiments performed at least in triplicate. Standard error of the mean (SEM) was constantly lower than 5% of each mean value.
