Cell viability assays on GSC lines using VPA and PTX in combined treatment. Cell viability was measured as percentage of cell survival in drug-treated cells relative to untreated cells. We show mortality percentages. Results are reported as means from two different experiments performed at least in triplicate. Standard error of the mean (SEM) was constantly lower than 5% of each mean value. *CI < 1, synergistic effect; §CI = 1, additive effect.
