EC₅₀ values (μM) of pesticides alone on Caco-2 cells upon 3, 7, and 10 days-period of exposure. Caco-2 cells were exposed to DTM, FNT, FPN, LCT, and TBZ either alone or as a mixture of the five for 3, 7 and 10 days at concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 100 μM. After exposure, cell viability was assessed by MTT assay and effect concentrations 50% (EC50) were calculated according to the dose response curves in Fig. 1 as described in Section 2.
