ANE increases NF-κB activity. (A) OC2 cells transfected with NF-κB activity reporter were maintained with indicated concentrations of FBS. Cells were harvested for luciferase assay 24 h after treatment of 0.5 mg/ml ANE. (B) Cells sequentially transfected with NF-κB p65 siRNA and IL8 promoter reporter or NF-κB activity reporter were cultured in medium supplemented with 1% FBS. Cells were harvested for evaluating the luciferase activity 24 h after treatment.
