Spheroid sprouting assay of MCF7, MDA MB 231 and HT 1080 cells with and without inhibitors. Single spheroids grown in spheroid formation assay (CultrexTM) are subjected to the chemo-attractant (laminin) dependent migration in absence and presence of inhibitors over time.
