^aTCR-β CDR3 amino acid sequences of individual Tax_301-309 tetramer-positive CTL clones (Tax-CTL clones) of four HLA-A*2402⁺ ATL patients, including one with chronic-type ATL (cATL), one with acute-type (aATL), and two with lymphoma-type ATL. Unfortunately, the TCR repertoire status of aATL1 was not examined, because Tax tetramer-positive cells were not detected in the sample.
