Osthole-induced chondrocyte and osteoblast gene expression was also inhibited in Bmp2^Col2Cre KO mice. (A-C) Expression of chondrocyte-specific genes, such as Sox9 (day 7), Col2a1 (day 7) and Col10a1 (day 10), was significantly lower in Bmp2^Col2Cre group compared with Cre-negative control group.
