μCT and mechanical testing were performed in bone samples collected from mice 7, 10, 14, 21 and 28 days after surgery. (A-C) μCT analysis indicates that bone volume (%, BV/TV) was increased in callus tissues 7, 10 and 14 days after surgery in the mice treated with Osthole. (D-F) Mechanical testing showed that maximal torque (day 10 and 14) and stiffness (day 10 and 28) were significantly increased by the treatment with Osthole.
