Osthole up-regulates expression of chondrocyte- and osteoblast-specific marker genes in callus tissues. Total RNA was extracted from callus tissues at day 7, 10, 14, 21 and 28 in the mice treated with or without Osthole. (A-C) Expression of Sox9 and Col2a1 was significantly increased at day 7; and expression of Col10a1 was significantly increased at day 10.
