Incorporation of [3H]choline into phosphatidylcholine (PC) in the cultured endothelial cells treated with (A) levels of lovastatin from 5 to 200 nM for 48 h (B) 50 nM of Lovastatin from 24 to 60 h (C) levels of 27-hydroxycholesterol (27OH) from 1.25 to 12.5 mM for 48 h and (D) 2 mM of 27OH from 24 to 60 h in the presence of lipoprotein deficient serum in the culture medium. Results are expressed as mean±S.E.M. of duplicate for each independent determination in eight experiments. *P<0.05.
