Expression changes of the Tet family of genes in differentiation of chondrocytes and adipocytes. (a) RT-qPCR was carried out using primers for TET1, TET2 and TET3 as in Fig. 1(f). (b) Cell lysates were extracted at each time point, and they were subjected to Western blotting with the indicated antibodies. COL2 and actin were detected as a differentiation marker and a loading control, respectively. (c) 3T3-L1 cells were differentiated into adipocytes as in Fig. 1(a), and RT-qPCR was conducted.
