Preterm delivery was defined as gestational weeks of delivery <37 weeks.

Small-for-gestational-age was defined as a standardized birth weight <10^th percentile; large-for-gestational-age was defined as a standardized birth weight >90^th percentile.

Macrosomia was defined as birth weight ≥4000g
