Calorimetric data of apoA-I in a solution containing POPC SUV. The protein:lipid molar ratio was 1:40; the protein concentration was 0.5 mg/mL in 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer saline, pH 7.5. The samples were heated from 5 to 100 °C at a rate of 90 °C/h in DSC (A) or 80 °C/h in PPC (B). Tm indicates the temperature of apoA-I unfolding.
