Interaction of PeWRKY83 with PeVQs. (A) Interaction of PeWRKY83 with PeVQs in yeast. The bait construct (pGBKT7-PeWRKY83) and the prey constructs (pGADT7-PeVQs) were co-transformed yeast strain AH109, then examined on SD/-Trp/-Leu and SD/-Trp/-Leu/-Ade/-His/X-α-Gal plates.
