Ovarian cancer cell lines (SKOV3 and CaOV3), the ovarian surface epithelial (IOSE-80) cells or the patient-derived primary ovarian cancer cells (“OC1”, “OC2” and “OC3” lines) were either left untreated (“C”, same for all Figures), or treated with CC223, cells were further cultured in the CC223 conditional medium for implied time; Cell survival/death (A–C, F), proliferation (D) and cell cycle progression (E) were tested by the listed assays. Data were presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD, n = 5). *p < 0.05 vs. “C” group. Results in this figure were repeated three times, similar results were always obtained.
