CC-220 reduces mRNA levels of B cell differentiation transcription factors. Naive and memory B cells were cultured as described in Fig. 1. Cells were harvested on day 5, and mRNA was isolated for quantitation by quantitative RT-PCR. The effects of CC-220 on gene expression related to B cell differentiation in plasmablasts from naive (A) and memory (B) B cells are measured as relative expression to vehicle-treated samples.
