MiR-186 inhibits the expression of HMGA2 in HCC cells. A and B, HepG2.2.15 and HepG2 cells were transfected with miR-186 or control using Lipofectamine 2000 reagent. Protein was extracted 48 h after transfection. The protein levels of HMGA2 were detected by Western blot analysis. The transfection efficiency of miR-186 was validated by quantitative real-time PCR analysis (n = 3).
