A STING-activating minimalist nanovaccine (STAMINA) inhibits tumor growth and prolongs survival in tumor bearing mice. (a) Schematic of STAMINA to boost tumor-specific T cell immunity. A single polymer, PC7A NP, was able to achieve STING activation, lymph node targeting, and cytosolic delivery of antigen in APCs in one composition with robust T cell production against tumors. In the HPV tumor model, tumor growth inhibition (b) and survival data (c) in C57BL/6 mice showed strong antitumor immunity after tumor inoculation with TC-1 tumor cells.
