The single intravenous administration of 24B3 ameliorated memory impairment in Tg2576. (a) The protocol of the acute administration of 24B3. Female Tg2576 mice (16–18 months of age) received a single intravenous injection of control-IgG or 24B3 (20 mg/kg). The protocol of the novel object recognition test is detailed in Supplementary Fig. 4. (b) In trial 1, Wt mice and Tg2576 were injected with PBS. Wt mice exhibited a preference for the novel object; Tg2576 showed no preference.
