Figure 3.

The diaphragm and anteroposterior (AP) motion amplitudes as a function of time obtained by fluoroscopic X-ray imaging of an anaesthetized breathing mouse: the long resting phase due to the use of anaesthetic gas (isoflurane) can be noticed. A breathing digital mouse whole body phantom is visualized on the basis of these two parameters and is added to the Supplementary Materials.
