(A) Please see Figure 5A for the types of genomic alterations that occurred in APC and β-catenin in the TCGA data set (cBioPortal). Kaplan-Meier curve was constructed and log-rank test was performed using tools provided by cBioPortal. (B) Data were extracted from a subcohort from the MSKCC data set within the cBioPortal database [21] and analyzed for DFS using Kaplan-Meier curve and log-rank test.
