(A) SFACP, AFACP and SsPCP were partially phosphopantetheinylated over the course of overexpression in E. coli, and were fully converted in the enzyme reactions. (B) All other CPs were in apo-forms and completely functionalized in the APPT reactions. Similar traces were observed in the reactions of several other PPTases.
