Substrate specificity screening of PpND and AtND against a 73-compound library by phosphate sensor assay. The v_i/[E₀] values (s⁻¹) are graphed for every substrate in the library that was found to have detectable activity against the enzymes. These reactions were measured at pH 7.6 and 37 °C, with 5 µM substrate and 50 nM enzyme. Estimated activities for substrates that were screened individually are recorded in gray, while the activities of substrates within a group are recorded in white.
