Patient's medication list at time of hypoglycaemia onset.

Anti-epileptic:
• Midazolam infusion
• Thiopental infusion
• Lacosamide 200 mg BD
• Levetiracetam 1.5 g BD
• Phenytoin 300 mg OD
Analgesia:
• Fentanyl infusion
Metabolic:
• Methylprednisolone 500 mg OD 5 days (subsequently switched to 60mg prednisolone)
Anti-infective:
• Acyclovir 700 mg TDS (7 day course)
• Ceftriaxone 2 g BD (5 day course)
• Co-trimoxazole (stat dose of 960 mg, followed by 480 mg OD for three days then 480 mg three times weekly for five weeks.)
Haematological:
• Dalteparin 5000 units OD
Gastro-intestinal:
• Lactulose 15 ml BD
• Senna 7.5 mg OD
• Metoclopramide 10 mg TDS
• Ranitidine 50 mg TDS
