Salidroside attenuates iNOS protein expression and NFκB-p65 phosphorylation in the lungs of mice subjected to CLP. The iNOS (A) and phospho-NFκB-p65 (B) protein expressions in the lungs were detected in mice subjected to CLP administration for 6 h. Salidroside (SDS, 20 and 40 mg/kg) was administered 30 min after CLP. Lung samples were prepared and subjected to Western blotting for protein expression and quantified by densitometry. Data are presented as mean ± SEM (n = 6). *P < 0.05 as compared with control (vehicle). **P < 0.05 as compared with CLP alone.
