Efficiency of invasion into KD cells relative to pLKO control cells, based on final parasitemia. Parasitemia was determined by microscopy from counts of 800 to 1,000 erythrocytes. Invasion assays were performed once, in triplicate (Th266, Th268, and Th275) or duplicate (Th303, Th304, Th305, Th306, and Th312). Errors indicate the standard deviation (Th266, Th268, and Th275) or the range (Th303, Th304, Th305, Th306, and Th312).
