Light induced regulation of the Cox-2 gene expression via modulating cAMP signaling pathway in PACs expressing mammalian (HEK-293T) cells. Real‐time PCR assessment of Cox‐2 mRNA levels (ΔΔCt values) from HEK-293T expressing PACs (NgPAC1, NgPAC2, NgPAC3 and bPAC) cells kept in the dark (solid black bar) and exposed to blue light (460 nm) (filled bar).
