CD11c/DTR transgenic mice were depleted of DCs by three injections of diphtheria toxin (DT) on days 1, 3, and 6 after receiving BMDCs transduced with EGFP alone, TFEB:EGFP or TFEB_Mut:EGFP. On day 2 the mice were immunized with OVA. Spleens were harvested on day 8 for analysis.
